Download Issues Due to Seller’s Server

If the buyer selects the option to download the eBook and encounters technical issues preventing the download due to problems on the seller’s server, the seller agrees to provide a new download link via email at no additional cost. Should the issue persist due to a server-related problem on the seller’s end, the buyer must contact the seller’s customer service, which will provide an appropriate solution without any extra charges. However, in this situation, the buyer is not entitled to request a refund.

Download Issues Due to Buyer or Third-Party Causes

If the buyer is unable to download the eBook due to technical issues unrelated to the seller—such as problems caused by the buyer’s device, internet provider, or a third party—the seller is not responsible and is not obligated to provide a free replacement download.

The buyer must complete the download within 5 (five) business days of purchase. After this period, access to the download will expire, even if payment has been completed. In such cases, the buyer waives any claims or complaints regarding access to the product.
